Snake Creek Cattle Company is excited to welcome renowned horse trainer and clinician Sue Williams for a two-day Ranch Riding Clinic.
This clinic will showcase the growing discipline of ranch riding, offering an opportunity for riders and spectators to experience western horsemanship and learn more about the versatility, training and partnership between horse and rider.
Throughout her career, Sue has trained and successfully competed with horses at state and national levels across both English and Western disciplines. She has also served on the Australian Quarter Horse Association Board for more than 12 years, holding several leadership positions.
Ranch riding focuses on a horse’s ability to move willingly forward in a natural frame while demonstrating responsiveness, balance and smooth transitions between gaits.
The clinic presents a fantastic opportunity for riders working with horses already under saddle to introduce them to a ranch environment. It offers a valuable chance to further their horses’ education, build confidence and develop practical skills in a supportive, hands-on setting.
