What to expect

Wine Tasting & Private Stud Tour for 10 people only. You'll experience an hour and a half behind-the-scenes tour and gain access to the day-to-day life of our thoroughbreds.

On conclusion of the tour, you will return to our cellar door for a private wine tasting of our extensive range and enjoy a complimentary local High Valley Cheese platter.

We recently opened our new cellar door which features a unique wine tasting experience at the heart of Gooree Park and celebrates our champion thoroughbreds.

Gooree is known to have bred and raced some of the toughest racehorses in Australia, having produced the late “war horse” Desert War, the late Northern Meteor, Crowned Glory and more recently King’s Gambit - to name a few.

In addition, Gooree has transformed into a substantial vineyard in the Mudgee district, cultivating premium vines.
